[Small-Appliance-Cooking] [BlindTlk] Air Fryer Purchase

I am learning different ways to use my air fryer. Just the other day bye did boiled eggs in there. My husband says they are better than the eggs boiled on the stove. Placed the eggs in your air fryer basket, cook for 15 minutes at 250°. When done, put them in an ice bath for a few minutes (I did mine for 15 minutes while I was working on my tuna salad) and they are ready to peel & eight.

For more awesome air fryer tips and recipes check out the magic with gadgets podcast. There are episodes on using the air fryer, Insta pot , slow cooker & bread machine. I hope to do some roasted chickpeas for a snack later and going to cook some brussels sprouts in the air fryer tonight.

Hi, Dave, did you get the actual oven one or the drawer type? I really
like the other functions on my oven, too. It does a much better job baking
than the regular old toaster ovens do, probably because it's taller so
there's a little more room between the food and the upper elements.

Charlene

I bought the Kosori, has touch screen, but uses Alexa, and iOS app is
totally accessible. I love it.

Hello dave, not sure if you decided on one. However, if you can find an air
fryer that has physical buttons, those seem to be the most accessible. Of
course, the Alexa enabled smart fryers are good too but a little more
expensive. We have one for macy's, and I can't remember the model but I can
find it, but the nice thing about this one is that it has big round physical
knobs with a tactile marker so that you know exactly where the knob is
pointing. The only small challenge we have and it is solvable with physical
dots, is marking the various different temperatures. However if you use it a
lot, you will be able to quickly tell what temperature it is set to based on
the clock position of the dial. Following is a wonderful steak recipe.
