[Small-Appliance-Cooking] Pressure cookers and/or multi-cookers

Thanks for this recommendation and these tips. From what I have read online, the instant pot is meant to serve as a pressure cooker, and the addition of an air fryer lid leaves much to be desired. It seems to be one of those instances of keeping the main thing the main thing.
