I make my rice in my instant pot using 1.25 cups to 1 cup of rice. So,
you could make it in an 8 qt IP. Just an option if you have an IP or
don't find what you are looking for.

PS You "might" be able to make it in a 6 qt but I am not sure where the
max cut off is. There are 24 cups in 6 qt and you need a bit over 22. If
you could reduce your rice to 9 cups I bet it would work.
