It’s easy, just follow these recipes My Favorite Air Fryer Recipes Crunchy Chicken Patties Prep Time: 20 min Cooking Time: 12 min Servings 12 Ingredients: 1 pound of chicken breasts, cut into ¼ inch strips 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into strips 1 carrot, cut into strips 1 red onion, cut into strips 1 cup of chickpea flour ½ green bell pepper, seeded and cut into stripes 2 tablespoons of heated oil 3 teaspoons of distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon of chili powder ¼ teaspoon of baking soda ¼ teaspoon of sugar Black pepper Salt Directions: Preheat the Air Fryer on 356 F for 5 min. Season the chicken with some salt and pepper then rub it with the vinegar and garlic paste. Allow the chicken to marinate for 8 h or an overnight. Put the almond flour, pepper into one bowl and stir well to combine. Dip each filet into first the egg mixture, and then into the almond mixture and then into the Air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy with salad for a low carb meal or Air fryer fries for a meal kids love. (Like fish sticks but much healthier!) Combine the tomato sauce ingredients, tomato paste, oregano, garlic, onion, and olive oil in a bowl. Mix well and set aside for now. Soak the quinoa in hot water for 10 minutes. Fluff the quinoa using a fork and set aside for now. Add some of the oil in the air fryer. Add the onion, garlic, carrot and set the timer to 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Grease a baking tray using cooking spray or butter. In a mixing bowl beat the butter. Add in the self-rising flour and mix to coat well. Take another mixing bowl and whisk the egg. Take a small baking tray and grease it using almond butter or cooking spray. Peel your apples and cut it into half. Remove the cord. Slice the apples into thin pieces. Soak the apples in water.
