It was a vertical heating ellament that sat on a tray. Then it had a door on each side that closed. You draped the bacon over the ellament, and the Greece dripped down. It was wonderful. Well, it has finally bit the dust. The bacon is nice and crisp. It is kind of a lot of clean up though.
