The National Research and Training Center on Blindness and Low Vision
(NRTC) at Mississippi State University is currently seeking applicants
for an Assistant/Associate Research Professor position.  
 
Minimum requirements include a terminal degree in rehabilitation,
psychology, special education, sociology, or related field. Expertise in
data management, quantitative methodology, statistical analyses,
evidence of research productivity, and excellent written and verbal
skills are also required.  Experience in the blindness field is
preferred, however, applicants demonstrating research and statistical
competence in combination with an expressed interest in exploring
blindness and low vision as a new program of research, will be
considered.  ABD applications will also be considered, but candidates
must possess their PhD prior to start date.
