Hey Chris-
It's on. Five pounds by the end of December is totally doable.

Subject: [Sportsandrec] December challenge

Hi everyone, I know people tend to make New years resolutions to lose wait,
exercise, and eat better, but I want to challenge everyone not to make those
resolutions that usually are forgotten with in a few weeks. So here is what
I am going to do. I have already been working out and trying to shed those
unwanted pounds. Of course, the twenty-two pound turkey with all the
trimmings that I cooked for Thanksgiving made it difficult, but I am not
making any excuses. I figure if others on the list can work out during the
holidays then so should I. I don't want to have to climb a huge mountain
after the beginning of the year, so even with all the company pot lucks, and
other dangerously wonderful holiday events I am going to make sure that I
work out a minimum of four times a week. My goal is to lose at least five
pounds before the end of the year. So, is anyone else up to the challenge
of beating the holiday food fest?
Chris
