Kelly,
Respectfully I hung out in the sana before I was certain I would do the
spin class as it was pretty full before.
Secondly, I have the blatter of a three year old girl, I have one, and if I
would have inhaled all the liquid you talk about I would be using the
proverbial potty all the live long day. I had a cup of water before I began
and that was plenty. I had an orange slice when I finished and a bottle of
water to go with the thirty two ozs. of coffee I took in at the conclusion.
I am never the diet guy who drinks gallons of water a day, I have no desire
to spend my life in the loo. Maybe your kidneys are superior to mine (smile)
