Most likely they would at the very least want you to show up at a regional
tournament. I know some years are considered qualifying years and others are
not but to be honest I'm not sure exactly what they're doing for that. As
far as I know they haven't for a bit. The amount of teams this year is
hurting a little so they may or may not be more lenient.  There are regional
tournaments in Kalamazoo MI; Westmont NJ; Salt Lake City UT; 
Where are you from??
