Hi Rania and Andrew,
Glad we agree.  Someone had to show me exercises too.  
A personal trainer is a great idea but like I said in my last message many people cannot afford a personal trainer.  An accessible workout video would be a safe, effective and inexpensive way to learn and enjoy exercise.  I wonder if something like that is out there on CD.  

I think this would be a great project for the United States association of blind Athletes, USABA to put out and sell.
