[Sportsandrec] Happy Thanksgiving

You all totally need to take a nice long rest.

I ate too much. Drank with my family. Played Uno. Soaked in a hot tub. And 
slept.

The day after ... I shopped. Ate. Went to the movies. Read a book.

Exercise should not be included during triptaphen overindulgence weekend.

But seriously ... those of you who worked out, rock!
