Aziza,
I wonder the same thing.  I have not seen an inaccessible pool either.  I 
think he means the swimming instructor being conducive to instructing a 
blind person.  He was asking about swim lessons, not pool infrastructure.

May I ask what you mean by our needs. I am not sure I've ever seen a
pool that is not accessible... Every pool is different I'll admit, and
I apologize if I am misreading your question.
