What are the differences between the three.

Hi Carly,
I don't believe Ashtanga yoga is offered at the places I'm looking at. So
my experience will be a bit different than yours. They have hatha yoga and
kundalini yoga.
I don't mind the instructor touching me either.
Yoga instructors tend to be more verbal wich is in our favor.
I'm glad it worked out. How long have you taken yoga?
