Rania and all interested folks,

Within my exploration of yoga I have learned that there are
many a variety of the practice from forms of the gentle and soothing
yoga to some really extreme and transcendental breeds.
It has transcendental content, if you really get into it.

Westerners tend to regard yoga as some kind of athletic or physical
fitness, but folks learned in Eastern philosophies recognize yoga for
the transcendental relationship with one's physical environment that
it has been for thousands of years.
It's really incredible that you were able to find a good experience
in a non-specialized practice, and I have also, but I have concluded
that if possible one should seek specialized classes, with
instructors unafraid to really show you the poses within a hands--on fashion.
I am really happy for your beginning to cultivate a deep relationship
with yoga--it'll change your position in space and perception, if you
let it, aside from helping you transcend that emotional psychological
garbage, such as your ego which routinely stands in the way of
peoples' efforts of achieving a transcendental serenity.
I am fascinated by the psychological effects of deep yoga and wish to
explore the realms associated with tantra, which is yoga postures of
a sexual nature.
Keep us posted, Ashley, please!

>>>         It's Carly, again.

>>>I have taken yoga in every setting, practically speaking, from the

>>>
>>>I don't expect this should be a problem for you, either.
>>>
>>>I am somewhat inclined to be flexible and to not mind the instructor

>>>I have learned about the transcendental and meditative nature of yoga, how

>>>to breathe.
>>>I understand that some kinds of yoga are pretty extreme, and I plan to

>>>For the most part I have only done
>>>Ashtanga yoga, which I understand is kind of a weak incarnation of the

>>>I have become quite aware of how the muscles' likelihood to striate is
