[Sportsandrec] yoga class

Chris,

I have a general knowledge of the kinds of yoga, and of identifying a 
relationship with the breath and how it effects the contraction of 
the musculature, but aside from that I don't really know probably any 
more than you do.
I am interested in Yoga and other Eastern philosophies. so you could 
say I seek it out.
I'm glad to know yoga falls within your interests as well.
