[Sportsandrec] Exercise bikes was WALKIN ROUND

No worries Anita! I just thought you would pick up on it from my subsequent
e-mails. The "& bears" thing makes it harder, perhaps.

I was thinking that an exercise bike may be more convenient for most people,
more so
than a bike on an indoor trainer. I leave mine set up year-round, in front
of my entertainment center. Even in the summer, I need to stay fit during
the week for weekend rides and races. Fitness chips away fast in a few weeks
if you are not careful.

A bike on a trainer is a little more technical than the average home
exerciser may be wanting to invest. I have to inflate the tires about every
two to three weeks and maintain the components, just like on a real bike.
Modern exercise bikes nowadays allow you better adjustability for a more
comfortable fit. They are also mechanically quieter and smoother than they
once were. They
may cost some dollars, but will be worth it if you use it regularly. I'd
check Craig's list first.

I was happy to be reminded that exercising at home can be tough at times. A
gym can offer a better atmosphere, but possesses its own challenges
for a blind user.

Risin' up!
Back on the streets.
Did my time, took my chances.
Went the distance now I'm not going to stop.
Just a man, with his will to survive.

It's the eye of the tiger.
It's the thrill of the fight. R
Rising up to the challenge of our rivals.
And the last lone survivor stocks his prey in the night.
And he's watching your skull with the eye of the tiger.
