Hello everyone!
I have decided to try something this week that I pray I will be able to get
some results from.
Over the weekend I was talking with my cousin and she told me that she and
the church she belongs to were doing a fast where bread, sugar, cafein and
fried foods were elimated and she was losing some inches.
I know that the Atkins diet was popular at one time and I tried it for about
a week. The only problem I have with what my cousinwas talking about which
is something my sister had done with her church, is eating fruit. Any kind
of citrus causes me to itch and benadryl doesn't always help. I have even
begun to break out when eating some things.
I have been eating plain oatmeal minus sugar and butter and turkey sausage
for breakfast and drinking water. I bought ground turkey and made
hamburgers and had salad with it on yesterday. Its my plan to stay away
from starches and I have not had coffee since Sunday.
Since sodas cause me to itch, they will be excluded as well.
If anyone has any information about what I can do to substitute eating
fruit, let me know. I will let you know if I see a difference in what I am
trying now. Workout will begin at around 3 labama time.
