[Sportsandrec] Fw: comments on the rule proposals [No Protective Marking] [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

What are people's thoughts on these?  Personally there are some proposals 
that are OK but others I am not supportive of.  My big NO NO is to the 
Three Throw rule, its a personal thing perhaps but I'm not in favour of 
changing this rule.
