[Sportsandrec] Clarification appreciated

Hello to all:

Would someone be so kind as to tell me if this is a list that
discusses exercise as well as sport and recreation? A lot would say,
and they are correct in my opinion, that taking on a sport and/or a
recreational activity is a form of exercise but I'm talking about
things like Aerobics, Palates, Yoga Etc. If this isn't the proper
place for that sort of talk, could someone let me know if there is
indeed such a list?
