Supp homies,
First, I miss the Thornbury.
Second, I had a totally narly workout today on the old cardio path in that I maxed out the eliptical for fourty five and did a nice heavy lift of lower body.
My question to the crew here is a swimming one. I need to win a swim race against a blustery braggadocious mate of mine. We are going to swim a fifty free as hard as we can go. I think our skill sets are similar, but I have a few months to really improve my game. It is a sprint, so should I swim lots of laps building endurance so the fifty is like nothing or should I gun all out twenty five after twenty five non-stop so as to build up my power and explosion? I have always been a sprinter and so I believe this race plays into my strength, I just want to kick major butt in this particular case, you know bragging rights and all.
