Hello Ashley-
I met the five pound weight loss goal. I did take Kelly Thornbury's advice
about losing fat and not just water weight. Also Kelly is right about the
water intake during excise. I must admit that I do not drink water during my
workouts however I do drink after my workouts and all through the day,
unless I am cutting weight and then I don't take in many fluids at all or
eat much of anything.
Happy New year.
P.S. I went to the gym this morning and worked out and I plan to go in
tomorrow for a run.
