Carly,
Actually, People it was 3 hours, not 2 hours.
Some people have problems, typing numbers.
Sorry, Carly. I know this because I also worked out on New Year's Eve 
for 3 hours and 15 minutes on the elliptical machine while you were 
in spin class.
