Ashley,
Of course, I work out with water. Oh! I'm sorry, H2O. 3 hours is
not a long time if you are in "the zone." Yes, I do work out quite
regularly, but this was my 1st 3 hour work out. I usually work out
for either 1 or 2 hours.
