Jennifer,
Four hours banging out the dots is awesome! I've also found in the last
couple days a cool way to eat roast, potatos, celery, and carrots is to
heat it up and throw the entire pile of food on some multi-grain bread. I
have never been a big bbq sauce guy on burgers, so maybe we'll half it. I
save my barbecue sauce for pork and shrimp.
I believe the double spin today was tougher because of the hour rest I had
in-between classes. I'm okay but definately feeling it. Thorny, I had a
bottle of water first class, a full grape powerade with vitamin b after, and
another bottle of H2O the second class that I got about half down.
