Guys, the best way to loose calories is a combination of muscle work, and
cardio.  It doesn't matter how you get said muscle work, or how you get your
cardio, but a balance of the two is best.  also, switch up that diet.  You
will loose weight and tone up just by eating healthy, and that is before you
exercise.
