G'day from Down Under

Long shot here guys, but does anyone know of a cd version of or 
downloadable Circuit Trianing package.  I'm getting back into training 
with the hopes of cracking back into the Australian men's goalball team 
and need if I can find one a circuit training package ie. music and timing 
to enable some much needed cardio training.
