Hi, It's Christella, and I am getting your messages.  I apologize for your 
frustration.  If you would like to talk to me please contact me off list. 
My cell number is: (916) 208-3213.  Unfortunately, Sports and rec will not 
be able to lend the division name to a tandem event at this years 
convention.  This is for liability reasons.  However, if people want to get 
together  during the convention and go for a ride that is a wonderful idea.
