Hi Everett,
I have always loved boxing and do MMA as well. I grew up a huge Mike Tyson
fan in the 80s as my Dad and I got the pay-perview fights.
The training I find that I am most interested in is explosion work like
heavy bursts in spin, heavy weights with quick moves for lifting at times, I
like to work the bags, pool sprints, and lunge work.
I like MMA because of the marriage of wrestling and boxing. I like the
ground and pound style as it is I believe realistically how a blind person
would succeed in a fight. I like kick boxing as I enjoy the precision of the
placement of punches and kicks to achieve victory.
I do not fight much as I don't like getting hit in the face. I am waay too
pretty for that. (smile) One of my favorite childhood memories was when I
was twelve. My cousin brought over a couple pairs of boxing gloves, my
mother locked us in the spare room for like two hours, and we beat the hell
out of each other. I almost got knocked out. I felt myself losing some
thinkability. Keith's nose was busted allover his face, there was blood
everywhere. I had a black eye the next day. Both our chests and arms were
bruised. It was great!
If you wanna go in Detroit... I'm your huckleberry!
You know, an awesome idea for Dallas might be a Sports and Rec Smoker. I'll
fight anybody named Joe you guys want. (giggle)
Good times!
"Momma said knock you out" "I'm gonna knock you out" Momma Said Knock You
Out L.L. Cool J
