Hi, everyone, I apologize if you all are not seeing your posts rapidly as
usual.  I emailed David Andrews with something I  wanted to go  out to all
the lists.  He informed me that there is a problem with the server, and that
emails are being delayed.  Perhaps with convention up the list traffic is
up.  So for the record nobody has been removed from this list.  Thanks in
advance for your patients.
