Let us know if you win over your opponent.
Did you swim alone?
If so, you probably had to count strokes to find the end.
You're probably not used to water. Its different than other cardio because
you are pulling your body through the resistance of the water. Muscle bulk
would be a disadvantage. The swimmers I know lift for tone.
Anyway, you're off to a good start and with practice things will go better.
