Just a quick note. Yesterday, I completed a 200 mile bike ride. This is 
known as a double century. Had a great time and ate a ton of food along the 
way. It took us 14 hours and 8 minutes with 13 hours of riding. I have not 
done such a ride since the Paul Bunyan ride in Minnesota.

I am kind of tired now, but may post a detailed report later.

I am going to ride the trainer for an hour to shake out my legs and glutes. 
Then, I am looking forward to my 1 mile walk to church.
