Hi listers, I am passing along an inquiry from a NABS list poster who asked about resources for detailed exercise routines in audio. I suggested a personal trainer, the NFB's Baltimore yoga instructor and an old  aerobics tape from the Western MI University program. Anyone have additional resources I can pass along?
