Hi Tonia,

I have a flexible plastic tape measure that I got years ago from the NFB.  I 
don't know if it is still available, but you can contact the NFB 
Independence Market to find out.  It is really good; it has metal marks that 
are circles.  Each of the smallest circles indicates half an inch.  There 
are bigger circles, each of which is one inch, and there are two circles 
close together for every two inches.  I use it all the time for body 
measurements.  I hope it is still available from NFB so you can get it.
