[Sportsandrec] Sportsandrec Digest, Vol 52, Issue 6

Stacy,

Thanks for the suggestions. The track is situated above an exercise
room and the space beyond the rail is open, so unfortunately, there is
no possibility of running inside the rail. I may ask the YMCA to post
a sign and also wear a fun bright shirt. I think running against the
crowd is probably the only way people will see me, as they will not
hear me approaching from behind if they are wearing earbuds. If anyone
thinks of other suggestions, I would like to hear them.
Thanks.
Tai
