[Sportsandrec] Anyone Have Experience with Crossfit?

Hi Tai,

My sighted husband does cross fit and he loves it.  He is 59 years old and
has no problems with the program.  It is very intense but the one thing he
loves about it is that the work outs are different every day. 

Bill is right that it totally depends on the individual gym.  I think that
is true of all sports  activities.  If they are receptive to having a blind
member great, if they aren't then you will never enjoy it.  I have found
that is true in the martial arts, horseback riding and fitness centers.  I
guess it is true in all activities we find ourselves in, not just sports
