I work privately with a yoga instructor. That is what I would suggest
because you will be able to take the time you need to learn the poses.

Hi all,
thanks for your warm welcomes. Lots of great activities from all of
you. It's going to be fun learning about my options for me and my
family. I did know about judo as lots of college friends did that one.
Yoga: I wanted to try but got the impression from the instructor at
the local YMCA that she didn't want to work with me. Rania, do you do
it with a group at the local gym or did you have someone personaly
show you the positions? She taugth a group of women together and i did
wonder how I could learn the positions. I really feel this would be
benenficial to me. Pilates, is the same. I also love the idea of
tandem cyckling but can't find anyone to do it with me. Unfortunately,
not to many people are enthused about working out or getting fit.

how does one get involved in something like that?
