Are you aware of, or have you considered Laughter Yoga?
It's wonderful! The basic premise is that laughing produces all sorts of great chemistry in your body whether you're really laughing or just faking it. Laughing exercises are combined with yogic breathing, light stretching, and some brain gym type stuff. There are more than 5000 clubs in over 55 countries, so I'm sure there's an instructor where you are! Hmmm, we can always do a little yoga right after the division meeting.
