Yes indeed. There are times when you have to just put it on your own
shoulders, and take responsibility.

sometimes you have to find the motivation within yourself and be your own
role model.
The idea of daily exercise sessions is a great one. I will be in Orlando.
Not for the entire week but probably most of it and I would be happy to lead
a morning streching and abs kind of class or whatever the group might want.
I would also be glad to make myself available to anyone who would like to
talk one on one about setting up a program. If arrangements can be made
with the fittness center in the hotel I would be happy to train some of you
in the proper use of the equiptment as well.
To me its still sad though that les than one percent of the total attendees
at the convention have an interest infittness or sports. Yes there are lots
of things going on. Thats why I left half way through the meeting last
year. But people came and went during other meetings as well. I would
love to see the S and R group do something more next year. The self defense
training would be a great addition if enough people would commit as would
some other activitys. It seems to me that whatever happens kind of just
falls on Lisa Maria as there doesn't seem to be anyone else. So who else
wants to help plan and make something happen in Orlando? I will do whatever
I can.
