Hi, LM,
Doing 2 1-hour or 90-minuit, spin classes per day, 1 in the morning,
followed by another in the afternoon or evening. "Dieting" by
default is setting oneself up for eminent, failure. I am happy to
say I endulge in anything I want to eat, making sure to get enough
hard, aerobics that anything I chose to eat will not make it to my
waistline or otherwise. However, doing two classes per day only works
right now because it's summer, and we are off from school. Next
semester however, Robin and I only get one workout in the morning
save for times of vacation. You can be sure I will adjust a calory
