There is nothing wrong wit thos binges now and then. You just have to
compensate for them and not make them a habit. Doing that half a donut
thing just doesn't work..for me anyway. Its chocolate for me like most
people and if I have it I do it right not a little tease. But then its a
couple days of tuna, boiled eggs and maybe a couple huge salads. And maybe
a little extra cardio. I have this little issue and I wonder if anyone else
out there is like me. If I have a closed packege of chocolate in the cabnet
or fridge it might sit there for a very long time but if it gets opened and
I have a taste I can't stay away from it. Especially once it gets near the
end. That one or two pieces just seem lonely in there. Too little to
save...any excuse. Seriously though I think we should listen to our bodies
cravings...as long as they don't get out of hand. I sometimes crave red
meat and nothing else I eat works. I sometimes(rarely)crave sugar in any
form and again until I eat it I am just not right. I think we just have to
listen to ourselves sometimes. Its instinct its what our body needs at that
moment.
