Carley,
I wish you'd say things without profanity. Also, if you can and want to 
workout twice, then do so. But for me, one workout in school was enough. I 
had loads of reading to do and one spin class wore me out. As Bill said, 
exercise is important, but most people need only about 45 minutes of 
consistent exercise to stay in shape. I think your willingness to do two 
sessions is the exception not the rule. If I did two workouts a day, it was 
only one spin class and the other was a lighter workout on my own; usually a 
brisk walk.
Be glad you had the time and  stamina to do two a day.

Good morning, Robin,

All those enumerated points not withstanding, you can't forget being
disciplined such that we can jump up at 3:30 to 4:00, to get to the
gym in time for a 6:30A.M class, prior to doing our day, and then
being disciplined enough to drag our asses back for more in the
evenings. And Bill, School happens to bfunction as our J.O.B, we are
working for rehab in exchange for them giving us help necessary to
prepare for entry into the work force. As such, when the semester
begins at the end of this here moon, we will absolutely restrict our
working out to one in the morn before class.
