Kelly, Bill,
Why do you have to be so darned practical and reasonable and logical
and rational and all that stuff?I guess, I can crochet and watch
master chef, and during the commercials do some crunches or something.
But Kelly, you bring up a very interesting concept. You say that it is
recommended to do about 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every
day or most days. I've noticed, for me of course, starting way back in
college, that walking isn't really enough physical activity for
me--even hoofing it up hill at a minimum of 3.3 mph and pushing a
stroller. I sweat, I get my heart rate up, blah, blah, blah. Is it
possible to build up some sort of resistance? I mean, a good part of
my life I spent a minimum of 4 hours a week doing judo. Doing all of
the above for some people, actually produces results but not so much
for me.
Just wondering.
