[Sportsandrec] No AdapTap System Necessary

Whether competitive or not, I discovered that my stroke technique suffered
and my speed diminished as I slowed a bit. It used to be that the lane lines
were friendly, but they have changed to high tech for aerodynamics and they
are evil if hit at a high rate of speed. Sure, I used to swim miles with out
assistance, but if you looked at my wrists and elbows they were bruised and
terrible. After swimming with the AdapTap I prefer not to swim with out. It
helps when timing flipturns as well.
