[Sportsandrec] Using the List

Hi David,
I noticed all that activity just died off the other day.  Did you freeze or 
block the emails from the list.It honestly was getting really out of control 
and I was about to unsubscribe.  Just curious did it just quiet totally when 
you yelled or did you block things?
