Hi Bill,

I went to school in the 60s when the only accommodation for a blind student
was to tell me that if I couldn't keep up I would be sent off to a school
for the blind.  I had a TVI kind of, sort of but she really didn't teach me
anything.  She just tutored me so I wouldn't fall too far behind.  Everyone
was happy that I just 'got by'.
