[Sportsandrec] announcement of self defense workshop -- attention, change to previous schedule

I'd like to have a coach's certification down in so' Cal if possible.

Anyways, the workshops are on saturday and Sunday 2-5 and 7-10 in the
Coronardo C & D ballrooms, West wing. They will be $15. If you will,
please contact Liz Myska at emyska at charter.net to register your name
and email address and what time you think you'll attend.
