How many participants does this certification program require to make it a
coach certification workshop?

The certification, which is no longer happening, is a certification to
become a coach. 1Touch is an international program but it is still in its
infancy. I believe there are something like 15 coaches certified to teach in
the U.S. The 1Touch program is for blind folks so it isn't like there is a
huge market out there and you can apply for a job at a
24 hour fitness or anything like that. *grin*

However, there will be 4 workshops that people can attend to learn
self-defense. You won't walk away a coach for the program, but you will walk
away more confident that you can defend yourself.
