[Sportsandrec] Learning About... Yoga?

Hi Everet and anyone else,

I really like the Pocket Yoga app that one can download on a smart
phone--if you have one of course. It cost a few dollars and initially
was not accessible. Eventually, it got so. It has a poses section that
allows you to tap and open on each yoga pose. It gives a description
of each pose and the benefits of each pose. When you think you've got
a decent idea of what is what you can go and do a 30 minute, 45 minute
or one hour practice for beginner, intermediate or advanced yogis.
Honestly though, I['d start with a class or two at your local
wherever. Most yoga teachers are descriptive enough and assist any
student in perfecting a pose during the class. It does help knowing
names of poses when you do yoga with some sort of video.

Also, for any pregnant ladies, there is a yoga app for pregnant women
that is really good and accessible.

Now, if only I would use these more often.
