Hi,
There is a large golf ball tip for most canes.
I work at a Lighthouse and our O&M instructor has ordered them for some 
of our clients.
if you will write me off list with your cane type I can find out if 
this tip Will work on your cane and get you the information on where to 
order it.  This ball is really large and rolls in all directions so it 
would be ideal for what you need.
