One more thing!  I usually like exercising a the gym during off peak hours 
when its not so crowded.  Very early morning or after 9 pm. However, when I 
first became a member I had someone give me a tour of the place to learn the 
layout.  And I use the quick start button on the treadmill, and learned the 
button sequence on the stair master. I haven't tried eliptical yet.  I also 
like to run latters on a tennis court, and get to play fetch with my GD dog 
afterwards and get to see
